From application to active in 4 steps

Sign Documents

DocuSign sends all required agreements instantly. Review and sign your Independent Contractor Agreement, Policy Manual, and Commission Schedule.

Complete Payment

After signing, complete your subscription payment securely via Stripe. Your affiliation is effective upon payment.

Transfer Your License

Transfer your Florida license to BidMax Brokerage LLC through the DBPR portal at MyFloridaLicense.com and you're live.

Common questions

No. The entire process is online — from application to document signing to payment. You can complete your onboarding from anywhere.
If you close more than one transaction per year, the Subscription plan almost always saves you money since you keep 100% of your commissions above the flat fee. The 80/20 Split is better for agents doing lower volume or just getting started.
Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance protects you against claims of mistakes or negligence in your real estate work. While not required by Florida law, it is strongly recommended. Our E&O add-on covers your real estate activities conducted through BidMax Brokerage LLC.
Most agents complete the application and signing in under 20 minutes. The DBPR license transfer is the only step that takes additional time — typically 1–2 business days.
All agreements are conditioned upon payment. Your affiliation and all signed documents become effective upon receipt of your subscription payment. You will not be active until both signing and payment are complete.
Either party may terminate the affiliation with 5 days written notice. Upon termination, your license will be transferred or placed on inactive status through DBPR.
