As a Buyer, how do I make an offer?
Just enter an address and click 'Buy' to begin your offer. You will be asked to enter legally required contact information and your offer details. You will have the opportunity to review your completed offer form before it becomes binding. Note that cash offers require Proof of Funds, and financed offers require a current Loan Pre-Approval.
Who can use BidMax?
Currently, any homebuyer over the age of 18 can use BidMax in the State of Florida. We are rolling out nationwide over the next 18 months.
