BidMax Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 10, 2026 · Version BidMax 1.0

This Privacy Policy describes how US Homes Technologies Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), operator of BidMax.com (the “Service”), collects, uses, and shares information. It is incorporated into and should be read with our Seller Terms. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit a request through the Service, we collect: your property address; property type; your estimate of the property’s value; your selling timeline; your current listing situation; your stated priorities; your name, email address, and mobile phone number; and, if provided, an agent referral code. We also record your acceptance of the Seller Terms, including the terms version and time of acceptance.

Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics that collect aggregate technical information — such as pages viewed, approximate region, browser and device type, and site interactions (for example, whether a form was started or submitted) — without using advertising cookies or tracking you across other websites. Our hosting providers also process standard technical logs (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the Service.

Information from communications. If you contact us, or when we verify your request by phone, we collect the contents of those communications and may keep records of them.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to: operate the Service and process your request; verify your request (including by phone); prepare an anonymized profile of your property for participating agents; deliver agent proposals to you; facilitate your selection of an agent and the resulting introduction; administer referral arrangements with brokerages; communicate with you about your request; analyze and improve the Service (for example, measuring visits, form starts, and submissions); comply with legal obligations; and protect the Service and our rights.

3. How We Share Information

With agents — anonymized first. Your property details are shared with participating licensed Florida agents in anonymized form so they can prepare proposals: agents receive information about your property’s general area and characteristics, but not your name, contact information, or street address.

With the agent you select. Your name, contact information, and property address are disclosed to the agent you select, and only after you select them. Proposals delivered to you may include agent contact information; if you choose to contact an agent directly, any information you share is shared at your discretion.

With our affiliates. We may share information with our affiliates, including BidMax Brokerage LLC (the licensed Florida brokerage that receives referral fees from selected agents’ brokerages) and ShowingNow LLC (our affiliated agent-network operator, which supports fulfillment of seller requests), for the purposes described in this Policy.

With service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate the Service — such as website hosting, form and data processing, email delivery, and phone communications — under obligations to protect it.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; to enforce our terms; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the public, or us.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing.

4. Your Choices

You may decline to provide information, though the Service requires the requested fields to process a request. You may withdraw a pending request at any time by contacting us at support@bidmax.com. You can opt out of non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link in those messages. Verification and transactional communications (for example, our phone verification of your request and delivery of proposals you requested) are part of providing the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to administer referral arrangements that may remain in effect for an extended period (up to several years) after an introduction, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information indefinitely.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Florida Residents; Other Jurisdictions

The Service is directed to Florida residents and properties. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@bidmax.com; we will respond consistent with applicable law. If you access the Service from outside Florida, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the current version with its effective date on BidMax.com; material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date.
